Road to the Gate
The bus is your home. The storm outside is the dead. You drive one road through a zombie wasteland to the only gate in the wall. Along the way you pick up survivors, scavenge fuel and parts, fix whatever breaks and try to keep the dead out of the bus.
- The bus is a place you live in. Fuel, speed and damage show up on its actual dials, not on a HUD.
- Inside you're safe. Fuel, parts and anything worth taking are outside in the rain.
- Your reputation decides whether the gate opens. Everyone you pick up counts, and so does everyone you drive past.
- Storms roll in, nights get long, and you have to find somewhere to sleep between shelters.
